Forms Required for Av.Tr

1. Domain Name Allocation Form: It is the document required to be submitted for TR extension domain name registration.
2. Administrative Responsible Change Form: It is the document that must be submitted in case you will change the administrative responsible for your existing .tr extension domain name.
3. Domain Name Deletion Form: It is the document that must be submitted in your application for the deletion of your existing .tr extension domain name.
4. Domain Name Owner Update Form: It is a mandatory document to be submitted in case you will update the information for your existing .tr extension domain name.
5. Net.tr Petition Sample: It is a mandatory document to be submitted for domain name application with Net.tr extension.

Av.Tr Domain Name Application Guidelines

The applicant or applicants must be a lawyer or a partnership of lawyers registered with the TBB.

Lawyers, Law Offices, Law Partners are allocated domain names as av.tr. For example "duygulus.av.tr".

If you do not meet the application requirements, your application will be rejected by the UMT.

Subdomains will start with an online application at www.nic.tr. In order to get an (av.tr) subdomain name, you must first apply online to www.nic.tr. You can either make this application yourself or your service provider can make it on your behalf.

As a first step for online application, you need to get a "responsible code". In order to receive the responsible code, you need a working e-mail address during the online application.

After your online application, you need to enter the application section on the website of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations at http://www.barobirlik.org.tr/avtr and apply with your T.R. number.

Your application will be reviewed by the Union of Turkish Bar Associations. If your application is approved, this approval will be notified to the DNS management. You will be informed about the result of your application to your e-mail address. You can follow the status of your application from UBAP.

Upon approval from the Union of Turkish Bar Associations after the application, DNS management will send you an e-mail stating that the allocation of the domain name under av.tr you want to buy has been made.

Your domain name under (av.tr), which you have requested and applied for, is ready for use as soon as you receive an e-mail regarding the allocation of your domain name. All transactions, including payments, related to the subdomain name for which the allocation process has been completed must be made via the web. In addition, all warnings regarding the domain name will be sent to you via e-mail.
